Returns & Refunds




When do I return the items?

You can return your item for Valid Return Reasons.

Your return can only be approved ONLY on the following reasons:

1. Damaged Item Delivered

2. Expired Products Delivered

3.  Wrong Item Delivered

4. Incorrectly Dispensed Items

Your item can exceptionally be returned within 7 calendar days after you receive your order. Any problems faced after seven days will not be accepted under our Return Policy.

What is the return policy for items delivered?

You may return the item if it is a Damaged, Expiry Product, the Wrong Item Delivered, and Incorrectly Dispensed. Once the proof of delivery has been signed, you may NOT return the item under Change of Mind.

We urge you to check and inspect the parcel upon delivery so that the courier could facilitate the return or exchange of orders.

How can I return an item?

1. Make sure it meets the criteria for a valid return.

2. Fill in the Online Returns Form as per customer care instructions.

3. Courier person will arrive at your doorsteps to receive return or exchange the products.

Does the online pharmacy offer a replacement for valid returned items?

Yes. However, you will be required to ask for their placement instantly upon returning the item, i.e., within 7 calendar days after you receive your order.

Does Healthily PH cover the shipping cost for returns item?

Yes. The customer will cost zero peso shipping fee to handle the returned item. A notification will be sent to the customer once the return and refund request has been approved.

Do you provide a refund to return the item?

We provide a refund to return an item or replacement according to the applicable procedures and customer demands.

How many days will it take you to refund my amount for my cancel led order?

We will take 3-5 Working Days.


  • This Return and Refund policy is only applicable for Healthily PH Online Store Home Delivery.
  • All returned items must be in the right conditions and ruled to verify by our Online Pharmacist.
  • If any e-Voucher or e-Coupon were redeemed for the relevant purchase, similar changes would be made. 
  • The Company holds the right to reject any exchange or refund for opened or used products by DTI rules and regulations. We shall not be responsible for any losses, obligations, costs, damages, or expenses resulting.
